There are so many different meatball recipes. It is annoyingly hard to find a simple recipe. So many recipes also include a sauce. Why do they almost all include the sauce? You can always add any sauce to a good meatball. So I made up a recipe based on some common things I found.
- 3lbs ground turkey
- 3.5lbs ground beef
- onion powder
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp braggs liquid amino
- 5 eggs
- about 3 cups of italian breadcrumbs
They turned out good. They needed more salt and maybe more onion flavor too.
